The European Commission, DG Information Society and Media, Software and Services Architectures and Infrastructures Unit, holds its the next Concertation Meeting that will take place on 26-27 September 2007 in Brussels.

The "European Services, Software and Grid Technology Days" event objectives are to stimulate cooperation and knowledge exchange between all members of the FP6 funded projects from the Software Technologies and Grid Technologies Units which have been brought together under the Service and Software Architectures, Infrastructure and Engineering Unit in FP7. Therefore, a key focus of the meeting will be on building and growing the existing collaborative activities of all of the projects represented at the meeting and to ensure that the experience and best practice gained by the two former communities is shared and developed to build an enlarged, stronger community able to benefit from the challenges of FP7.

The programme foresees two days of technical and collaboration workshops led by project participants. Participation to the event is limited to partners of the FP6 IST projects funded by the Software Technologies or the Grid Technologies Strategic Objectives, which are active at the time of the event. Be aware that registration will close on September 15, or earlier when the maximum number of people allowed by safety regulation is reached.
